Since July 1990 we have been welcoming guests at the Hotel Margit. In that time, our little "four-star hotel" has turned into an insider's tip, especially for guests who valie comfort and familiarity.

Built in the typical Tyrolean style with and eye for detail, our house is a perfect refuge after an active day spent outside. Many regular guests, who come here year after year, can vouch for that. Our 10 comfort rooms (new 2021) are bright and modern. They offer enough space for families with children, as well as couples and single travellers.

Franz and Manuel are responsible for the culinary well-being. Margit takes care of the wishes and the cmofort of our guests. For decades, we have been living sincere hospitality. We provide a caring atmosphere for people looking for something special in Finkenberg, Zillertal.

Our house is situated in a quiet but central spot in the local centre Persal. Infrastructural facilities such as the new "10er Gondolaski lift", bus stops, hiking trails, and swimming pools are close by. Like yourself, your car can go on holiday.

In summer, the nearby swimming pool in Finkenberg (free access for our guests) is well worth a visit. Hiking enthusiasts have a wide range of opportunities to choose from. Only a few meters from our house, the gondola lift takes you up to the Penken, which belongs to the Ski and Glacier World Zillertal 3000. Shops, banks, and tennis courts are also close by, as well as other opportunities to have fun: ice skating and curling rink, après ski bars and discos. Ski rentals and ski schools are also not far from our house.

Use the free ski and hiking busses to get to the lifts. From October, free busses take you to the all-year skiing area on the Hintertux Glacier.
