CANCELLATIONS

Cancellationsfees Summer 2023 (arrival untill 07.10.2023)

Deposit 30% of the total price after booking within 7 days

  • no charge up to  21 days before arrival, within 21 days 30% of the total price 

Pre-payments which have already been made for booked stays can be converted into a cash value voucher at any time. The voucher does not expire and can be redeemed for an unlimited time at your alternative desired date.

  • no charge up to 31 days before arrival
  • 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
  • 13 days to 7 days before arrival: 60% of the total price
  • 6 days to 2 days before arrival: 90% of the total price
  • 1 day before arrival or „no show“: 100% oft he total price

If the booked dates cannot be kept, our own cancellation conditions apply:

  • no charge up to 3 months before arrival
  • 3 month to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
  • during the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price.
  • Delayed arrivals and early departures will be charged according to booking minus unconsumed meals.

DEPOSIT

We expect a deposit of 30% from the total price in Euro per room   for a definite booking, to be paid by transfer to our bank account. We will send you the details by email with our booking confirmation.

DOGS

Out of consideration for all hotel guests we cannot allow dogs on our premises.

E-CHARGING STATION

As a guest you can recharge your e-car for a fee  at he  22 kW charging station, type 2. This means extra convenience for our    guests who drive an e-car.

PAYMENT

Room bill in cash, by prior transfer, or by debit card (cash dispenser in the village).
Payments by creditcards  "VISA" or "Mastercard" possible with 2.00% surcharge.

Restaurant bill or drink bill only in cash.
